Wrong, There is a limited amount of bikes you can ride, You cannot ride all 250cc bikes either, Here is the list of bikes you can and can't ride:

Hmm, should have prolly read the little brochure I got and not just skim over it. Glad they have some sense, haha. But still, should lower the price of 250's a bit.

Where will it stop? Will it ever be finished? How will it go? Why am I not wearing any pants?

i for one am glad that they have changed the learner rules. im not talking about lams but last year before july you could get straight on your r license and go out and legally ride a busa.
i know i wouldnt have bothered to buy a 250 and would've jumped straight on an r6 and would be a worse rider for it. you definately learn alot on a 250 if u buy a decent one.
i love it. 19000rpm. mmm its like a 4a, but better

Zx2r. 89 model. Paid 3600 for it. Was looking at Zzr's but i think they are a bit gay. I'm not that in to v twins. And cbr's are way over priced considering they are more or less the same as my Zx2r.

Nice, I was looking at getting a ZX2r ninja, The ZZr's in my opinion don't have a sporty feel or look with the single seat (like the suzuki across) and to me they feel uncomfortable, Once I get my P's we will have to go for a ride or something.

When I got my bike I was talking to the sales guy about bike prices and mentioned that I was looking at CBR's and they were alot more expensive, He said the reasoning behind it is because most of the CBR's dealers get in need alot of work as they are generally thrashed due to the whole boy racer thing.

new power to weight rules wouldnt even pass a cr250 motocross bike as learner legal in regards to power vs weight, goes way over. Xr250 even from memory.

its a sucky new law, the 250s that can be ridden has been reduced not increased, so they will probably become more exxy. i think the vfr400 JUST passes.

yeh sam cycle right is where its at. good price on gear too. went for my first mountain ride on saturday morning. soo much different to driving in my car. i think its the whole death factor. my biggest limit is definately not my bike, just me... not really confident to drop the bike right down and use up all the road yet. my chicken strip comes out to about 1cm from the edge of the rear tyre tho. prob head out every fortnight so if anyone wants to come for a ride pm me
