theres a clip on the back of the fork that holds it in place, they often bend, try bending it inwards or ordering a new fork from toyota
its happene two times now the fork keeps falling out

i closed the clips to make em tighter the fork is from a low km jap motor
its really just a shitty design but yeah any other options?

close them and squeeze a tiny bit with pliers then put them back on.. thats what i did. mine were useless and fell off every time i touched the fork
