13x7 +3-5 offset 1 pair with tyres 85% tread other pair bald tyres ok for skids i spose brand is delta australia sits real nice on a ke and look fat on it too $320

I realise this sounds like a stupid question, but do the +3-5 13" rims sit wider or narrower than the +8 ma61's? I don't completely understand the whole offset thing. The 13"s look hawt by the way, will consider my funds and get back to you.
