v8 lexus into ke70?

hey guys just thinkin bout those v8 lexus motors and how hard it would be to put it in the ke I'm pretty sure the guy who
drives the saber ae86 has a v8 in it but I'm not 100% any advice or help would be muchly appreciated

the conversion is illegal for a road car, if you want to know heaps about it PM drift shaggin wagon, hes doing it for a track beater

yes the sabre 86 has the 1UZ lexus V8

i know this probally sounds very stupid to alot of people but why would it be not road legal if it was engineered

the problem is you cant get it engineered, because it is a massive increase in power.

there's no harm in talking to an engineer about it.
a ke70 is only around 50kg off being able to put a 4000cc motor in............. :crazy:

for road use put a v6 in
for track only 1uz.....
be prepared to spend $5000 + for a 1 uz conversion ..that's without labour

i have no dramas with the labour side of things ill do it all at home, but that sucks oh well back to the drawing boards aye cheers guys

try a 2vz/3vz/5vz 6 conversion
(v6 hilux ,camry)
should be able to get manual conversion from a 4x4 and 2wd hilux...........
4x4 bellhousing to w58 box and use standard 4x4 clutch setup and slave cylinder etc
prob do one for $3500 no labour
these engines make between 120-160 kw stock
