what? well ive been thru two 86's trd copy extractors do give a good note and a bit more power after u put in 98 and advance timing it does make a difference in outlet edge, with extractors and back i always go to local places which i normally get a 2 1/4 overdiff setup and ask them to make it as close to chassis as they can so it clears ground.
trust DD if u can find it...some kent in NT has one and wont sell it to me

Don't run one. Just have extractors.

i remember once on my trueno the flange of the extractors and the exhaust come loose thanks to the shitty install, lol was so lound and no backpressure, it was such a pig to get to a mechanic and then find out that was the problem

you dont need backpressure, having that air leaked would of tottaly messed up the airflow and the resonance of the pipes, hence the lack of power

You dont need back pressure??? Put a 6 inch exhaust system on a 4age and see how well it goes
iv driven a gze on just extractors to the exhaust shop. goes perfectly fine. however i think i smashed some peeps eardrums in the quick 1.3km squirt to get there.
also have driven it with the extractors>zorst flange loose and it farts like an inside out squirrel and loses alot of power.
conclusion : extractors only is better than extractors and a piece of shit leaky exhaust.

6 inch eh? dont get confused with low overall airspeed, weak resonance pulses and a high diffecnce between the inner and outer flow of the pipe.
Last time I checked the record holder for the all motor category was an engine with a set of 4-1s and then a taped pipe about 800mm long going straight out the side. Its making crazy power and it definately woudlnt have any at all backpressure
