Dont let the amount of kays that I posted up throw you off, it runs fine, and has so for the last 4 and a bit years that Ive owned it, as I said I cant really give an exact amount of kays that it has done.... but would be a good idea to give it a freshen up while its out of the car...

I would just get it compression tested, it would give you an idea of how many km's it would have.
For a bigport
180-185 is very nice
170 is still decent
160 is a little tired but not burning oil (or very little)
150 is rebuild time, probably blows a bit of smoke
Sounds like a good deal with that said
