    i have a ke70 just wondering whats involed putting ae86 struts in?

    are ae86 and ke/ae hubs the same?

    no, i think hubs was assumed with complete ae86 struts
    RT142 Estate.

    I have done this conversion. It all bolts in, but you will need:

    complete ae86 struts/shocks/springs
    ae86 calipers/discs/hubs (ae86 brakes are much bigger, which doesn't say much for ke70 gear)
    ae86 brake lines (I changed to braided while I was at it, they screw straight into the ke70/ae71 hardlines)
    ae86 or t18 steering arms (ke70 ones don't fit, I upgraded to ps arms at this point as well)

    One thing to note is that if you use ae86 strut tops you will lose some caster - you can however use the ke70 tops with the ae86 spring hats to remedy this

    It all 100% bolt in if you use these parts and you don't need to upgrade anything else to get the brakes working.

    i used keto brake lines for one conversions and ra60 lines for the other

    what am i doing wrong to need 86 lines?
