    Default spring question

can you interchange 86 and ke70 springs in standard struts?
    to clarify eg.
if i was to buy 6kg springs to suit 86 struts will they fit my ke70 struts
probs a dumb question. but just thought i would ask.

Yes they do (first hand experience)

If you were to fit 86 springs on KE70 struts you will need the 86 tophat from the strut to hold the spring.
I havn't done it the other way round but i would guess that you will need the KE70 top on a 86 strut for a KE70 spring on a 86 strut.
