what do you have to do to not use the booster?
do you have to space it back or shorten the piston or anyting?
its to do with the push rod
it will prolly have to be made longer
coz the push rod in the booster has a rounded end and from back of booster it has round piece which clips onto your brake pedal

you would also have to modify where the booster bolts up to the firewall, and probably strengthen it a bit as well, as the firewall isn't exactly the thickest bit of metal around
^^as above....plus you would also benefit from stepping down the bore size....
If you mostly drive in traffic, you want to keep the booster.
If you mostly drive on a race track, time attack/circuit racing, you don't want a booster.
If you mainly do drift, it does not matter so much.
The TRD bible shows pictures at least of an addapter place to get rid of the booster, but keep the AE86 master cylinder. Ueo had this setup at one time, I could make it easliy. Group A cars in the 80s had twin master cylinders with no booster, and a balance bar for front and rear bias.
Block your vacuum line to the booster. Take it for a drives and you will be able to make a better decision. Its not exactly the same but it give you a good idea of what to expect.
