First off, you should actually name the thread getting crank pulley off .
Big bolt in the middle, if no rattle gun brace a socket drive to the chassis rail with a appropriate pipe and do a short crank of the engine.
As for getting the pulley off, stock pulleys usually have two holes with thread so you can get a generic pulling tool on and remove the crank pulley.
If the nevo does not have this, try carefully wedging it off or trying to rotate it with your hands back and fourth to wobble it off. Some are easy and some are hard to get off, so good luck
