diff shop or machine shop, if your getting the diff rebuilt, get the diff shop or a machine shop 2 do it when the axles are out. Go to boznjak engineering in wetherill pk, they are a little more expensive than most places but they do the best work, talk 2 dave and tell him beau sent u, u wont get a discount but u might get it done a little quicker.

Or go the ms65 front hubs (xt130 struts) and convert to 5 stud all around. Heaps of wheel choices then.

I assume you have a set of wheels you want to use and that's the reason for changing the diff studs?
Unless they are proper watanabes or hayashi streets (or some other totally awesome jap rim), I'd seriously consider 5 studding the whole car.

You know how easy it is to sell 4x114.3 stud rims on the forums.

As much as people recommend them i was told on the fone he doesnt deal with the small stuff and would take up to 2 weeks to convert my tarago diff to ae86 mounts , and he has to sandblast it as its his way of doing things...
so i told him thanks in the nicest possible way

2 weeks to get a diff done is pretty damn quick man, like i said, he only does things properly, if hes not happy he wont do it.

and on the matter of ms65 crown hubs, does anybody know 100% sure that they fit? I swear i had some and they didnt fit.

There is a crowd in NZ making 4 to 5 stud adapters. They are illegal, but if they are both hub centric and wheel centric, I couldn't see any problem from a strength point of view provided they are well made/designed. They way i understand it, one long stud goes through the spacer and the wheel and the rest are offset in the spacer which is bolted to the hub with the original studs. There would be a min thinckness I would imagine, and since they are made of aluminium it's probably around 20mm.
