well i've never worked on one but i'd have to say the engine i'd own out of anything is a 2j

I have worked on a few Merlins, they are very nicely engineered and sound awesome when running

as far as engine's I've worked on, old school NA rotors are very easy to work on.

Fav engine......hmmm Cosworth BDA, 26B/13G 4 rotor(but have never worked on these)

4ages are a great engne to work on, never wrked on a gze though

not a engine for " max power " though

beam 3sge have alot of potential to pull good power i have heard, guess il find out

though so does any engne if you throw money at it

b18c have an amazingly spread power and torque band... and the sound is great.... i should have never sold my DC2 !!

the next NA car i will buy will be somethign with a b18 or a k20.... once you have driven VTEC each day, no other NA engine compares for power and driveablity.
