Hey guys, reading up, and was wondering about alignment specs as my xe7x is understeering a bit even with my suspension work (8kg fronts + trd yellows, 6kg rear + tokicos, front upper strut brace).. and in the wet, the ass seems to be really grippy even with shit 175/60/13's (i think) on the back and 185/55/14 on the front on my ma61's..

Thinking I might get an alignment seeing as I havent got one since I put the 86 coilovers in and get it set to -2 camber, +2mm toe total, and max the castor.. seems to be the median of what most people are running lol

Sorry about the long post, but with having such stiff suspension, is the understeer expected or could it just be the lack of alignment?

could be several things, but for all you know your running +2 degree's of cmaber 1 side and -1 degree of camber the other, and so on and so forth, so get a allingment and go from there
(and jsut because your tops are adjust the same either side doesnt mean the wheel/tyre either side is)

Do you have a locker? that's why you understeer in the wet.

also if you changed your suspension get a wheel allignment then see how it is.

Will only amplify your current understeer problem.

    Back to topic lol:

I got my alignment done, -1.5 camber, 2mm toe out total, and only got my castor evened up (to something like 2.5 each side).. feels really good compared to before the alignment.. not too much difference, but lil extra grip and noticed when i got it first roundabout i went through the steering was lighter (I had something like 3.5mm toe out each side before alignment LOL)
