Well i thought i might aswell post up my rig. have been on 2 cruises and car hasnt seen either of them haha
well i purchased the bog stock 82 Ke70 In March, it drove and it was a 5 speed, so i was stoaked with that.
It sat in the backyard for a few months when i couldnt afford rego.
thrashed it around the backyard which proved to be pretty fun

She sat like this for a while

Then came my birthday, so i had some spending money,
Got it rego'd, some wheels and lowered it.

and this is what she looks like at the moment

Since the pic i have made some dodgy quad lights out of Corona light, looks ok

At the moment it is on blocks to get some stuff done to it:

Front End Suspension - Doing It all at once, so i don't have 2 come back and add stuff (i know its a bit of overkill but i don't intend selling it soon)
-AE86 Struts with Koni Yellow Shocks
    -ADM Brakes
    -Power Steering Arms
    -Lock Spacers
    -RCA's
    -Camber Tops
    -Sigma LCAs

Respraying it (hence the front end in primer). Will be going red again just not sure what red to go. will be choosing something this week

And Wheels if i can afford it The cheviot Meshies Fail
wouldn't Mind some 15x8 Challengers or Superlites, i just have a soft spot for them.

So yea, thats where we are at now,

will get some pics of the progress next weekend

    Cheers
    Matt

like the sounds of your plans, what are you building it for skids or hills or a bit of both?

bit of both but more for skids. since it is a daily it wont be a drift pig.
looking to do a NA SR conversion in it by the begining of next semester (2009) which should see more than enough power for the lil rolla.
but i see suspension as more important at the moment so i can learn to drive the car before i try slide it
and i wouldn't mind the original red, but i have seen a red that i just said "i want that" lol
but will come down to cost in the end
    cheers

Yea if i were buying the stuff new i would, the konis came in the struts i bought and the LCAs were cheap.
but if i upgrade down the track ill be taking that path of TRD shocks and would be Adj LCAs but i don't mind that i have now

and I'm pretty sure ill be getting 15x8 Challengers so i just need the money haha

    cheers

well if this rain would piss off i would have some updates haha,

everything has arrived and should have camber tops next week.

also i now have a 32/36 downdraft webber for a lil extra fuel and a 2inch exhaust (big i know but it was cheap ) so when she is goin again ill put the new motor with that on, so it should be a pretty fresh and reliable car for a while.

anyone got some extractors to suit the 4k? lol

Pics tommorow since the weather is supposed 2 be good
    cheers
