Well, I've managed to lose my job, so the car must be sold NO SWAPS

    For sale: 1984 AE71 Corolla

Location: Newcastle NSW (about 2 hrs north of Sydney)

Asking Price: $3900 ono NO SWAPS

    Killometer's: 292xxx

Manual or Automatic transmission: 5 speed (jdm t50)

Engine Type: Rebuilt 4age bigport, new rings/bearings, high comp TRD headgasket, light flywheel (Jap brand, can't remember the name, weighs 4.3kg), full JDM efi system, inc. genuine RWD intake, Kaizen extractors and a 2.25 inch exhaust. Runs hard but has an issue with using full throttle (stutters and misses at large throttle openings) - could definitely be driven daily with no issues but would need seeing to before you took it to the track. Less than 3000k's since rebuilt

Condition: usual ae71 - paint isn't brilliant, has rust in boot lip, rear gaurds have been repaired but they are pretty rough. Interior is ok, will come with 1 standard seat (taking my buckets and steering wheel out) back seat is perfect, carpet is worn on drivers side, crack on passenger side of dash and drivers door trim is a bit scruffy

    Modifications:
*Front end converted to full adm ae86 set up with mr2 shocks, 8kg AJPS springs, Cusco RCA's and ps arms
*Rear has cut Falcon king springs, shiort stroke kyb's and Whiteline adj. panhard rod
*Locked borg warner diff from an auto ke70 (4.1 ratio instead of 3.9)
*13x6 Cheviot Turbos, probably 80-90% all round, fronts are Pirelli's rear are no name
*Handbrake button & aftermarket gear knob
*has thermo fan + controller (less than 3 months old)
*alloy 2 litre catch can (about 2 months old, if that)
*will come with seat rails to suit aftermarket seats as part opf the deal (custom, not pretty, but strong as hell)

    Complianced/Engineered: negative

    Road Worth Certificate: n/a

    Registration: May 2010

Crash History: Not that I'm aware of - few parking dings but thats it. Drivers mirror glass is cracked thanks to local twats

Other Comment's about the vehicle: This is a bit of an EOI, so if you are interested don't be scared to make an offer. Also have a set of 14x7 Hotwires that can be negotiated to go with the car.

That's a bargain right there. Should sell easy.

Well guys, I fought hard to keep this car but it is back up for sale again. See original post for changes. Drivers window is shattered in the photos but that has since been replaced.

Its not carbed anymore its efi (I thought I changed the title, sorry) I might be able to get some pics of the engine bay over the weekend.

The clutch is a Valeo, seems to work fine but its only doen maybe 3000k, and they weren't particularly hard
