    hey guys

    i remeber i got sent a picture of a cool jdm ke70 that was white with watanabes, and it had no rear bar on it either, it was parked in some cool touge spot and across the front it said 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY!' or something along the lines of that. or possibly one without the writing on it?

    whats the red stripe through the number plate mean? ive seen it on some jap plates? does that like mean its defected?
