What is a easier way to remove the front fenders from the body? The black goop under it is pretty hard to remove. I have removed all the bolts but having a hard time on the top part.

Just use a flat head screw driver and put it underneath that top lip of guard and ease it up carefully. Start at one end and move along.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BKH808 @ Aug 12 2008, 04:41 PM) </div>Get a scraper then slide it along through the black stuff underneath the top edge of the guard where it is bolted. It'll cut through it then it'll be free, too easy.

Hmm, mine just came apart when I hinged the guard on it after removing all the bolts.

I used a heat gun to soften up the glue. Then lever it off with a scraper.
