the outer and inner are seperate pieces. the center is bolted in between them then welded. you can machine apart the weld and and take the wheel apart
why do you want to?
yeah the center is sandwiched between the inner and outer, and welded at the joins.
as opposed to like a a mesh rim, with has the inner and outer halves welded together and then the center bolts in from the front.
