the projector one i aussme you would use them with HID kits ... the last one i have had them on my 180.. and yes better improvement ...

the projector ones will depend on the quality of the project itself . like comparing projector lights off a s13 to say a s2000 (they are said to be one of the best projector system to come stock ) .... but then agian if you are a DIY man you could and i have seen a link and guy modify the head lights of his 180sx to take the s200 projector lights.. so if you were to do it, i would get the projector one you have there and convert it with another projector system.. doesnt look to hard .

cheap ebay crystal head light (second example you have there) will have a improvement and will work but in time the heat off the globes will dull the backing plate ( shiny bit) (i had ebay ones ) .. i belive the RAYBRIG ones are the ones you want.. awesome quality and agian the next level for light output ( my cousin had them on his 180 from japan lucky bastard and the light out put was alot better compared to mine) .. tho they are not cheap 250 from memory.. .

    hope that helps./

my car came from japan with RAYBRIG's, the compliance shop put stock glass ones in for the roady. since put the raybrigs back in and HEAPS better than stock. they would be worth the extra money IMO.

The clear one at the bottom are a vast improvement. I have a cheap set on my MA61, and they sure do disperse more light on the road, and still being nicely focused where you need it.

The top ones I have seen on the USA forums, and they say they're fine.

raybrig ones are great... im getting a pair for my mr2 AND my trueno.... i drive a trueno with them once (my friends car) and the difference was good.

the raybrig ones disperce the light evenly.,... there is normal clear and also blueish color lenses made by raybrig.

the top 2 paairs of headlights... where were they advertized ??

having a projector (or so it appears) would be good for mr2 or 180sx owners wanting to do HID conversions...

reason being the way projectors disperce light is FAR more HID friendly than reflector type headlights... lol !

    ^ oh cool...

for an ae86 i personally would use the raybrig lense as it suit well.

but for 180 or mr2 i would CONSIDER the top 2 projector lense.... especially with HIDs
