    Does it start, Is it able to loaded onto a transport truck? Looks tidy and some good parts are on it.
    I think that Briggs and stratton should build my engine. My lawnmower makes 56hp from one cylinder and my wippersnipper revs up to 11,000rpm. And Thats from the factory, too.
