Default Help front seats too loose!

Well I've been defected for the front seats being too loose. They are the red JDM ones...
What I want to know before I pull them out. Could it be within the seat, rails to the seats. Would they be professionally recond. Or they are that old I need new ones?

I have had the same issue from a clueless cop and sure the seat was a little loose and would slightly rattle if you forced it too, but then when I took my car through Regency, the inspector wasn't bothered my the issue at all and passed me.
If it's not too bad, I'd just leave them.

Cool I take them out see if I can tighten anything. And see what happens.

I said to him ill take them out and tighten them
Cop was like I've had my share of old cars and you need new ones if you have a crash they could potentially break loose! Bam off to regency.

I say they are actually pretty bad. But I found reciepts stating the previous owner had got them repaired.
Not selling them just yet lol.

I've got the apex seats. They move around to the point of breaking the centre console. I've taken them out and added thin washers to the hinges trying to tighten them up. It helped a bit, but they seem to bend and twist on the rails.

Can see them trying exit the vehicle here - and this is after tightening them up

My drivers Seat came loose when the bracket that the rail bolts to broke off and the other rear mount is worn out and almost out the bottom of the floor!
