Default *E7* Front guard cutting for castor

Was just wondering how some of the guys on here with slanty front/flat front *E7* have cut there guards for some extra castor and if you have some pics.
As I want to cut mine but don't want to cut to much and look butchy want it to look as if it were stock if that makes sense.

    Yeah i cut mine
    Cant even tell.

Use masking tape to follow the line of the wheel arch and make a radius at the bottomn.
Then use a file to draw it flat and smooth.

Its a better idea to get someone who knows how to work metal to hammer and dolly the lip with the idea that you will fold out the metal instead of removing it, then you have more front on wheel coverage and it looks less modified and the police take less notice with the wheel still being pretty well covered.

Anticeptik: That sounds like a good idea following the arch with tape i was just going to use a texter lol.

LittleRedSpirit: I like the way yours looks close to stock but don't know if it would suit my guards as I have only lipped them not flared.

Jacobxxx: Yeah would love to see the pic of yours the more pics the better as I can get an idea of everyones different takes on cutting the guard.

Grabbed some quickies in the carpark. As you can see it's barely noticable. (apologies for crap iPhone pictures it's all i had on me)
Didn't use any tools bar an angle grinder and texta, lined it up with the eye and drew a rough line then cut it.

we moved mine forward about 70mm just buy panel beating with a hammer and thin dolly keeping a small return lip so the guard still has strength rather than just cutting it away.

these pictures are with 7.2 deg caster, 14x8.5 -13 wheel, 10mm spacers to fit over brakes, adjustable lcas and cusco camber tops set half way
