apexi safc on 4age 20v

hey guys had a look at a few threads and noticed a few people running the apexi safc with their 4ages.

just wondering if anyone has much knowledge on this product, using with the 4age. assuming aftermarket ecu best used as the stock one overrides or someshit not exactly sure. worth running etc etc

safc allows you to change the air fuel ratios at certain RPM points amongst a few other functions

yep got that down pat last night after discussing it with a mate. is it really needed? power gain? any gain at all? ecu is aftermarket

the best gain in a 20v is by playing with timing, I wouldnt of used one of these even if I got it for free.

i have never driven my trueno without SAFC II so im not too sure of the gains lol !

To me, they've always seemed like a second rate solution.

But wait, are you saying you already have an aftermarket ECU? and you are thinking of running an SAFC?

If that's what you're asking I suggest you leave your car alone and just drive it.

yea i alrdy hav an aftermarket ecu.....and having this safc is useless! so yes i hav left it as it is and jst going for the tune wen i hav enough money engine doesnt rev free and feels lik there is a restriction... cant put my finger on it but it might be the exhuast...i heard the safc doesnt do much...as the ecu will re-learn from the safc and become shit...something along those lines anyways
