Have you tried KYP in Welshpool or otherwise C-Red or JPC?

Otherwise a quick google search on 'transmission specialist perth' came up with transmissionmasters.com.au and many more hits.

Hey mate try Tony Flood motorsport he will build you a box. I think you will find it will cost a bit though. KYP mite have a good second hand box laying around for about half the price.

    Regards

ADTS in osborne park, next to enzed. Take it there to get it rebuilt.

or do it yourself with a rebuild kit and a press

    Synchro's alone are only $113 if you have an *A60 transmission. Doesn't list synchro's for MA70 or JZA80 W58's.

Take it apart and inspect, I'm guessing you'll need to do synchro's and selector hubs.

kyp wouldnt bother to rebuild it. theyd just sell you a second handy. second hand is generally a game of pot luck.
jpc and c-red wouldnt build it themselves. they would just send it out to someone and when they get it back they would just smash a
    markup on it.

w58 are simple and plentiful that any half decent transmission places could rebuild it easily.
cut out the middle man and take it straight to a transmission specialist. sava da monies

    but
before you do that, try changing the gearbox oil. youd be amazed what some fresh good oil can do! plus its cheap to do

^^^^ what he said, try changing the fluid and also more importantly making sure that it is the correct type.
