Default [QLD] ADM Sprinter - 4age

    Up for sale we have...

    1984 Toyota Sprinter AE86

    Engine
    - small port 4age
    - unknown Km
    - 4 to 1 extractors (TRD Copies)
    - Excel radiator & thermo fans (switch controlled)
    - Pod filter
    - Starts, idles, drives fine.. though it does run a bit rich (faulty temp sensor)
Engine & Fuel system are Mod-Plated.

Fuel System (car didn't always have 4age)
    - Modified in-tank fuel pickup
    - Internal Lift pump from Commodore (filtered)
    - Braised hose fittings onto pickup
    - 750mL surge tank
    - Bosch 910 (a few steps down from 044) fuel pump (genuine)
    - Silicone hosing
    - 8mm aluminium fuel line to engine bay
    - All of this setup is hidden with the fuel tank, underneath the boot, Doesn't stink up the cabin or anything.

    Driveline
    - T50 no crunches smooth changes
    - Exedy Heavy duty clutch
    - One piece tailshaft from ke70 wagon (fits fine)
    - Standard S Series, starting to get a bit noisy. (I will include a T-Series unknown condition with sale)

    Suspension
    Car is low (about 100mm)
    - S13 front end, including good Kei office coil overs, brakes etc.. have used this setup for 4yrs plus no problems.
    - R31 skyline control arms - This fixes the stupid track issues the S13 arms cause.
    - Above setup gives a lot of steering lock (really handy in car parks/illegal u-turns)

    (Rear)
    - Cut falcon springs
    - KYB shocks suit Commodore.. they work well with springs, not sure of specs.
    - T3 rosejointed panhard rod
    - Will include a set of T3 rose jointed 4-links I used to have in car.
sometimes the tyres rub the guards (no damage to tyre or guard) if there is weight in the car or on massive bumps - I will give you some other springs i have that are a little bit better if wanted.

    Interior
    - JDM wiring loom (bought shell/wiring separately)
    - Digital dash cluster. everything works except speedo cable is broken (same as ADM), and also the Fuel Gauge requires the digital tank sender, which i don't have. I hear you can use one from a Cressida.
    - I will include a uniden GPS speedo thing since the cable is broken
    - Dash has one crack near clock.
    - Dash/Door trims/Back seats are the Red/Brown JDM type.
    - Missing the boot trims & Carpet, and also one of the side panels for the back seat area
    - Comes with Kenwood mp3 cd player & I think from memory they are Pioneer 4" speakers (fronts only)
    - New carpet (black) installed about 2yrs ago.
    - Fire extinguisher, mounted properly in passenger footwell
    - At this stage includes a BRIDE Gias replica drivers seat with custom rail. I am tall though & the rail doesn't adjust so I am trying to find a stock drivers seat.
    - Nardi Classic steering wheel - Good condition, has a long Boss Kit & also a quick release
    - At the moment the driver's side window regulator is stuffed, but I'm looking for a replacement & should have soon.

    Exterior
The paint is in fairly good condition overall, there is one part on the passenger B Pillar/Roof where there was a repair done and its a bit scuffed/discoloured. You could get a panel beater to fix this for a couple hundred bucks.
    - Resprayed White (black bonnet) a couple of years ago.. Was done professionally.
    - Some very very very small bits of surface rust in usual spots.
    - The only dent on the car is on the top of the hatch, I will give you a duck tail wing I have (no holes) that will cover it anyway if desired. (for buyer to install)
    - Side skirts, painted same as car - I think they are OEM style not sure.
    - Standard F/R bars.. the Front bar has the old Garden edging trick. looks good!
    - Redline tail lights (minor crack in the redline part on the centre garnish - barely noticeable.
    - the fog lights are not JDM. I Just got bored one day.. They are just normal fog lights, installed vertically.. They work fine, can be re-aligned etc.
    - Missing one quarter window garnish & one side of the windscreen flashing - i will include a pile of spare window trims they might be in there anyway
    - Bridgestone 14x7 +10 wheels, They don't show up well in photos, they are kind of watanabe style.. matte black. 75% tyres.

    Comments
I have owned this car for about 5 years. I have a lot of fond memories relating to it. I am going to be sad to see it go, but i'm slowly turning into a boring grown-up so it is time for the old love to make way to the new car with air conditioning.

Car will be sold without rwc. I do not know what it would need for a RWC... probably not that much.

It's registered & can be driven (I drive it about once a week) Once the car is sold & paid for I am happy to let you drive it home (within Brisbane) and I'll come with to take the plates and be on my way.

    Price : $6500 is negotiable.

    swaps: sorry no.

    Location: Coorparoo, Brisbane

contact: Greg 0408 935 674 - I may not answer during business hrs, as not supposed to use phone at work.

Welcome to come and inspect, but please no dreamers.

    Thanks

If you wanted it that bad you'd make the effort to fly up and drive it back, not hard. Keep the comments out of the for sale thread, doesn't help the seller any if you think it's a nice car.

for those playing at home, those rear shocks are KYB item 343113, they are the short stroke commondore shocks, they work good.

greg and I built this thing from the ground up, going to be sad to see this go!

and to all you "oh i wish this was in sydney", pull your finger out and drive it back, well worth it.
