    Default rb30 wont spark. need help it started the other day!!!!

    I have an issue with my ke70rb30 i chucked some wiring on it and it started the other day now it wont get spark since ive wired it properly. the lights are on the ecu and there is power ot the coil. the injectors are firing??

    throw me some ideas it may be something i am overlooking

    Check power and sig to your coil if your getting injector pulse you should u have a sig for your coil or coils?

    Test light or multimeter on volts setting. What head are u running

    To see if it's fluctuating while cranking at coil plug . Did u test injector pulse with a noid light

    Normally the plug on the dizzy are always a bit dodgy on the rb30

    oath, you can actually buy a wire and plug kit now(oviously for a while) from repco/bursons/pep's etc for that plug as they do cause a lot of issues

    If injectors are going then it's not the CAS.
    Something/somewhere between the ECU and coil is broken.

    Put multimeter on frequency setting and probe the trigger wire to ignitor at the ignitor end. If you get a freq. on that while cranking, the wiring to the ignitor is good. If you get no pulse there then probe the same wire at ECU end. It's a borked ECU if you get no pulse there.
    Probe the trigger wire between coil and ignitor after that and look again for frequency. Ignitor is fine if you have freq. there.

    Have 12v at the coil?
    Is the ignitor earthed out?
