EMS stinger - sequential ignition

hey guys just wondering if anyones know whether i can use an EMS stinger ECU to run individual coils with built in ignitors on my ST 20v. The loom i have was used to run a wasted spark system on the same engine before i got it.

I run my 1NZ coils in waste spark, so all you need is remove the external ignitors and it will hook right up
