There is alot more truenos than u guys get in Aussie, probably because the majority of our cars are imports, unlike Aussie who has lots of ADM ae86 Levins. Truenos are still more rare than Levins here, I organized a meet up/ cruise last year and out of a dozen hachis there were only three truenos! I will have to organize another soon and post up pictures. I have mates with much Tidyer examples than mine.

    so um....
new motor is in took me and a mate or two 3 days to pull out the old engine, gearbox, radiator and pull off all the auxillary parts (was just bare long block when i got it i.e block and head) and re install it all. now that everything is in it WONT START!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! motor cranks over, there is fuel in the cylinders and spark shown on timing light. but wont start. my battery has allways had a problem turning over the starter since i put the battery in the boot. cranks very slowly and weak. so i have installed another cable from battery to the starter. still doesnt crank any harder. all the sensors i can see and remember pulling off are connected back up.
any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

    cheers , brad

also i allways see people on here replacing there standard lca's with xt130 corona lca's. this is for extra length im guessing? i have searched on trademe (nz's largest auction site) for any parts for a xt130 corona but nothing comes up. also i work at repco and searched for xt130 in our data base and nothing. is there any other arms that give a wider track that will fit. I like having camber but need more flush!!!!!

Hey so I've put some real thick grounds in now, as mine was lacking any. Put two on motor( one from starter mount bolt, one from power steer pump bolt) and a nice thick battery ground in the boot. Now it cranks hard! But still didn't start. My starter started smoking after cranking for around 30-40 seconds, is that normal? And there was only one spark shown on the timing light over that whole time cranking. Please!!!!!! Any help would be appreciated
