    Thanks mate!

If I use a ring connector, can I just drill a self tapper into the body somewhere as earth? Will that be adequate?

Yeah that'll do. Off the top of my head they usually hook into the tail light earth wiring.

Okay so that is done, I have gotten myself a COR and a plug and am looking to do this

    Wiring Diagram:

White/Black - Wires to to STA - Starter/ECU Start Signal.

White/Red - Wires to EFI Relay - +12v Ignition Switched power (Run through a suitably sized fuse, 10A is usually fine, but depends on your fuel pump).

Green - Wires to engine run signal - "FC" pin on 4AGE ECU.

Black - Wires to body earth - Wire to closest earth point.

Blue/Black - Wire to fuel pump positive - Gives power to your fuel pump.

The bit i dont understand is bold, am i supposed to have another relay?

The COR is supposed to draw its power from the EFI main relay (there is no seperate fuel pump fuse).

The EFI main relay will be switched by IGN connected by a 15amp fuse to the battery.

The EFI main relay also powers the ECU and TVIS actuator.

    Hope that helps

It does, but its just one of the round metal type you see everywhere on Toyota's. Its got 4 horizontal pins.

Its function is nothing special either, it works the same as a Bosch 30 87 86 85 type relay.

How does your ECU currently get power?
