    Default Seized cambertops

    Hey guys I just went for an alignment today but when trying to make the drivers side would barely budge, I tried crc and rubber mallet trick no bingo, has anyone had this issue and a simple solution besides replacing?

    What, both the moving plate and bolted plate are seized?

    got as far as undoing the bolts on them, but when trying to adjust it back and fourth for camber it doesnt move

    Belted the shit out of it? What brand are they? You might have to take the tops of the strut and work at them on a bench.

    Loosen off the bolts and jack up the car under the crossmember so the suspension droops and see what you can do from there, if its still tight undo all the bolts and get a block of wood and a hammer and belt the shit out of the sliding plate until it seperates from the plate that bolts to the strut tower

    lol, jacked the car up after this thread put the jack under the lca and un did the bolts... seems like the cambertop is fowling against the body but the other one has more movement =S im thinking maybe the its hitting the thread of the bolts holding the strut brace or the camber top in
