Future Plans:
Get T Series in,
Find wider wheels,

brought it home like this, it needed some work but that was expected from a 26yr car
Stripped down and cleaned everything that could be cleaned, replaced everything that needed replacement. The stocks tyres were shredded so i found some Watanabes, chucked them on straight away. Bought Kouki Parkers coz my ones were cracked and mouldy
The bodyroll was insane, plus the car looked shit being so high. So i got HSD Coilover sleeves and made these,
Ended up like this! Feels so good
Got sick of the 4ac power, so i bought an AE93 just for the smallport
My workspace quickly turned into this mess
Bought a Kouki bumper in pretty crap condition, but it still looks better than the other bumper so that went on.
Cusco RCAs, RA40 LCAs, P/S Arms and a Lock Spacer went in,
Went from this..
To this..
More recently i purchased a T18 T Series diff and a TRD 2-Way, Whiteline PanhardRod and TRD Sideskirts CANT wait to get them in/on sooooon

I'd rather have an '86 than a girlfriend.
Nice looks real clean

Went over some shitty metal speed humps at the shopping centres and busted my muffler and snapped one of the hangers, old ladies driving next to had minor heart attacks at 3k rpm.
So i got my exhaust fixed up, turns out i had a straight through muffler at the front which was the one that got messed up so i got a hotdog welded up there instead. And it still scrapes every hump unless i drive at 2km over them -.-
So now im thinking about raising the rear juuust a tad, their only falcon chopped springs anyway so i might aswell change em. Thinking of getting some AJPS 4kg springs for the rears but im unsure of height. I only want the back alittle bit higher than what it is now. Any ideas what height springs id need?
Also finally picked up a 4.1 for 50 bucks, and a t series tailshaft for a 100, pretty happy with those prices
Takumi tax is shit, No way id be paying more for a shitty celica 4.1 and half a tailshaft than i did for the whole t series.
Happy days except motor chews and spits through a heap of oil, Rebuild sooooooon![]()
It's not really takumi tax anymore, it's just old shit that's hard to find and everyone wants it so it will cost you more then expected with some things.. And sometimes your lucky to get a good buy
With your height issue, just stand back and look at the rear end with tyres on and sitting on the floor, and say if your happy to go 2cm higher, take out your chop springs, measure them and add 2cm, and see what you can get for around the same measurement then buy / install, fine tune the fronts to suit ... Unless you know exactly what you want, it's trail and error thing until your happy
It's not hard, you just have to get up and do it!! Or just buy adjustable rear end shocks n spring set
dose
if you have adjustable front you might as well save up and get adjustable rear as well, then you can tune it to the height you want.
im personally going to be running ajps adjustable spring seats, 4.5kg springs and trd blues in the rear. 15mm rear bar does wonders too.
moarr pics of mr2 seats please
what brand are those camber tops? i bought new front struts recently and they came with s13 camber tops that look the same

They are Tein cambertops.
I'll chuck up some pictures of the seats soon, three of the 4 bolt holes from the mr2 rails lined up perfectly, i just drilled out the hole that didnt line up and it went straight in. Has a slllliggght lean in but its not even noticable. Really comfortable, standard looking seat, hugs very well aswell
white 86 with those colour wata's look so cool, nice work
Lots and lots of potential.. Good work man![]()
Sprinter's and bitch's FTW!!
Most RWD Corolla's are cool also.
thanks guys
Gave my lsd with a bunch of seals, bearings and new clutch plates to Trans gear & Diff in thomo last week. Picked it up ready to go yesterday.
TRD headgasket and a Kelway strut brace also came in the mail yesterday aswell. Yes it was a good day!
What sorta oil should i be using during the running in period for the lsd? Does it really matter since ill be dumping it in 500ish kms?
Also the diff needs swaybar brackets welded on, ive already got the brackets but just want to know how others go about welding them in the correct position. Ive got a few methods in my mind, but its always good to have other ideas to work with.
Enough talk, heres some pics i got a couple days back,
Oh and Jippy, heres a pic of the seats, they look so filthy in this picture. Got them for free so i dont care anywaythey came with no headrests so i chucked the standard sprinter headrests on there haha
