    Default Removing A pillar trim

Are there any tricks to it? Do any of the other trim pieces have to come out first? My trim pieces are looking a bit fossilized and I don't want them to disintegrate in my hands.

If any other trim is over lapping it then take them off first. Look for any screws on the trim and take them out first. Then a thin flat blade screw driver should do the trick. Slide the flat blade between the trim and the door jam. Slide it along the trim until u feel it hit something. Genlty lever this bit until it eases off. There should be a few tabs along the lenth of the pillar to lever off. Being gentle trying to not stretch the plastic

Thanks for the tips. I removed the rear quarter and top side pieces first using a screwdriver covered in masking tape. The clips on the A pillar piece are further towards the windscreen and angled towards the centre of the car a bit, so levering from the door side doesn't really work work. I inserted my middle finger in the gap at the top (where the other panel overlapped) and pulled down and inwards and it popped off.
