16v bigport issues!?!?!?!?!

So im having a few issues with my bigport now its in my ae71.
Motor was running fine after i rebuilt it (came out of an ae82 was run in, in the 82) however now its in the 71 im having issues.
Started first time once it was all wired up, was running really rough thou, like it was cross firing or dropping cylinders. at one stage you could pull lead 2 and 4 off and would make no change to idle. after stuffing around for a while and checking plugs, spark, fuel etc it got worse.
now its at the point where it would fire but than stall straight away. its got me stumped anyone else had simular issues ??? or someone out there a 16v bigport wizz that might be able to shed some light, any thoughts or input would be tops.

check your earths and injector plugs......sounds like a batch firing issue as those 2 cyls fire together from memory......

all 4 injectors run off the same 12v power so id say its an earth issue........or spark issue

cheers mate, turned out to be an issue with the ecu. replaced it with an aftermarket one and it fired straight up.
