i know a dude who has a modded one for sale in melb, but i can't find his number, i'll find out and get back to you.
I've got an AE70 sprinter which requires full resto (rusty fellow he is). It will be advertised for sale in the new year some time. Not a hatch but just as uncommon.
what running gear in that? and how much would u be chasing for it?
Motor is 3A-U with an auto behind it, followed by S series diff. It's an SE model with air con and power steering and is surprisingly nice to drive on the open road as is, but quite obviously as expected it's as slow as any 4A-C powered rolla.
does ae71 pedal box fit?
Should do, one thing as well is this steering rack or box? I am leaning towards rack if it has an A series engine in it.

Steering box, and I would assume as it shares the same shape and panels as T-18, that the pedal assembly from the T-18 will be the one that fits. Pedal assembly will go with the car to whoever buys it. There's a small number of these cars in the country but I've never seen another slant front.

Looks like it does have same front guards and doors as my T18.
