    Default Malk's 1983 AE86 Sprinter

    Pictures speak louder than words; so here it is.

    My 1983 SR5 Sprinter AE86.

    Started life with lots of rust;

    9 months later;

    Swapped the 4AC for a JDM 4AGE

    Swapped to a pod filter

    Swapped the crank-driven fan for a 12" electric fan

    Some parts that will put on later in life;

    Also the wheels that were used in the second photo have been sand blasted and will be on the AE86 once I find some suitable tyres

    Will hopefully be on the road later this month, before uni starts

    Well... A LOT has happened since I last updated this.. LOL !

    Got some 15x8 0 OG San rims, not too low but not too uncomfortable 'racing' seats, a better steering wheel + suitable boss kit, T3 coilover conversion, AE92 shocks in the front, Short stroke AE86 shocks in the back along with commondore springs (TUARGH MOITE!), painted the rear panels a bit more of a suitable colour rather than the fawken retarded arches, thicker F/R sway bars, pointless strut braces, TRD-copy 2' 1/4 exhaust, OBX extractors, replaced most of the bushings, f*ckd the fuel pump, replaced the fuel pump and realised the new pump is cavitating off its tits lol
    Going to compete in deca next month in this so i hope it doesn't break (touch wood) D:

    Learnt a lot over the past year and I frown at my previous self.
    Oh well.

    Photos and stuff:

    Next on the list is ITBs (along with everything associated to ITBs), RA40 T-series diff+ lsd, adjustable panhard rod + maybe adjustable caster rod, attempting to get rid or minimize the bump steer and cleaning up the HORRIBLE wiring job the last person did putting the 4AGE in..

    Oh and fix the fuel pump.. and replace the tyres lol

    trying to get into the habit of uploading more stuff here so expect more soon
