Dellorto carb specialists?

Hey guys wondering if there are many guys in NSW that know how to tune dellortos? I've discussed with a dellorto dealer and explained to him the engine etc and he suggested certain jets but it still runs fairly doggish.

Preferably someone around sydney/newcastle I would consider driving a couple hundred km's to get it sorted out properly.

Theres a guy in tamworth that pretty good neil osbourne.Has dyno etc ,been doing it for a long time.

Would almost be a good drive.. Have any details? Also, was out tamworth a couple of months back and was thinking how mint the cars would be out there..
