    Default T-series axle measurements + photos - Zenki & Kouki explained

    someone had a picture of zenki axle measurement and kouki ones next to eachother with some sort of measurements, can you post that up again cant find it in search section.

    Zenki T series Axle (as on a celica, same size tho)

    8mm length difference between LSD & Non-LSD axles. Non-LSD are 8mm longer.

    So if you've got an OEM lsd, but non-lsd axles you cut 8mm off the ends (splines are plenty long enough) and bevel/taper the end so it will insert easily.


    I found this out a little while back when I had the opportunity with both available to me.

    so wat you guys are sayin is if i welded up my zenki diff i can put kouki axles in if i take 8mm off them?

    Can you see the pictures above?

    They differ in O.D by over a mm, so the answer is no they arent interchangable at all
