I do think this is a bad time of the year for anything at bathurst though, its guaranteed to always be cold

Saturday - installed new clutch for the cruise, in the process i forgot to disconnect the battery and short circuit the starter motor onto the exhaust which then poured steam out of my battery water holes like a BBQ!, clutch change finished in 3-4hours, spent the next 2-3hours trying to figure out why the car wouldn't start anymore, checked all fuses, nothing blown, even opened up the stock ECU to check for blown resisters or circuit board and nothing..

jump starting the car and letting the battery charge for over 1 hour and still it wouldn't start, every component was getting electric though, figured it was a dead battery not holding charge, went to bed as it was late already

Sunday - bought a brand new battery, installed and started first go, was already 10:30-11 by then, the rest of the day was wasted on nothing =[

what started off as such a good idea turned out to be a stupid mistake which cost my whole weekend...that's my excuse
