HELP!!! sr20 gearbox front cover so rare I can't find one.

Hi guys, I know this is a toyota forum and that this isn't the wtb section, but I'm looking for part for my nissan, I have rung around and emailed dozens of people and keep coming up with nothing.

I'm looking for an sr20det gearbox front cover or a busted up sr20 gearbox. The front cover is the thing with the tube in the bellhousing that the release bearing slides along. Mine snapped off! (insert mandatory lol nissan comment.)

Any ideas or if you know anyone, any help would be hugely appreciated, not really enjoying having my car in pieces.

i got a mate with a few blown boxes, he does like keeping shit for spares as he tends to break shit on the reg, but i could ask him what hes chasing for one

Hey mate hows it going, I actually just moved to Sunnybank, but yeh, been in qld about a year now doing Uni >.<

Finally got all the parts yesterday but thanks anyway, Nizzpro ftw. Going to try get the gearbox back in today... I tell you what, I don't want to have to have to take another SR gearbox off ever again, who-ever design the firewall/tunnel on these cars needs to be taken out the back and shot lol.

hahah the trick to sr box is spinning them 90 degrees to get it on, then spin it back, easy as

Yeh let me know when you next hit up archy. I will be heading back down byron bay way for a few weeks, dont know when im leaving though.
