I think most would understand, but most would also understand $11.000 to be Eleven Dollars and zero cents.

i was fully aware that you were stating its $11,000, but since you put a dot i thought i would pick up on it anyway.
rewrite the for sale as above you'll get much more interest if its easy to read.
