260,000kms on new dash. old dash read 165k (trip meter broken in it)

The car hasn't been modified and its all original as far as i can tell (bar the brown bonnet and dash cluster i changed over) I'm the 3rd owner. car has lived in the country its whole life.
Bodywork has a dint on the roof from a branch landing on it, front driver guard dinted, bumper bars have a few bumps in them, but they are the steel panelvan barsnot the plastic crap ones.
Rust is very minimal for a ke van. view the pics. the rust it has is under the passenger door, small bits around the seals of rear side windows/port hole thingies (standard), the bubbling through on the bonnet.
*Ive treated the rust sections with a rust converter primer. that's why it looks black.
Interior: reasonably tidy and original. has a crack on the dashtop, some marks in the cargo area.
Engine and driveline: Starts, idles and runs really well. got a bit of power too. no smoke or leaks. exhaust flange gasket leaking. ($4 gasket)
gearbox is sweet. diff seems sweet too.
umm.. suspension/steering and brakes: brakes work really good, including handbrake. front shocks soft, rears are nice. could prob use a tie rod or ball joint in the frontend to tighten up the steering.
All lights, gauges,heater,tailgate struts,seatbelts,windows and locks work!
Its definitely a bit of a project car but its a solid base to start with. its a complete car and there is not one bit of bog/filler in the whole thing. it drives good as well.
I'm asking a reasonable price of $800 for it. SOLD

I take it its not registered and without rwc?
any ideas of how hard it would be to get it registered/ rwc?
No reg or rwc,correct.
Would need new tyres,windscreen and prob a balljoint or tierod. Havnt had it checked by a mechanic.thats just my guess
