    Default fwd vs rwd distributor

just wondering what the difference is between a fwd distributor and rwd distributor?

(i know I've posted a few of these "stupid" questions, but when it comes to small differences i've got no clue)

RWD 16v leads connect from the top
FWD 16v leads connect from the side

both should work on either front or rear wheel drive format

not sure if they are different internally, assuming they are not as both will work anyways

Number of teeth is different too, so unless swapping ecus they aren't interchangeable between big and small port
