Sounds like its shaping up to be a great day!
If the planets all align perfectly and i can get a tow rig, finish either of my cars i'll be driving... though at this stage it is more likely that i'll be there to watch / bum passenger rides etc.
Joel i PM'd you about doing some money deal!! get back to me asap!! lol
back on topic i agree with having rules, it keeps everyone on the same page.
dose
I'm not likeing these noise restrictions, 94.5db's at 6000rpm???
The owners are cool. They dont care about the noise themselves as such, it's more the neighbouring farms that complain about the noise as it echos over the valley....
If your exhaust is really offensive, then would be worth making it quieter, for such an event like this In my opinion......

Interested in the last two dates... I'm feeling a road-trip.
Ok, bit of miscommunication , I thought they were telling me those dates are available, it seems that infact those are the dates NOT available due to kart events already booked it.
I've asked for availability for October for the 1st event . And looking at a second in January, and running an event every 2nd or 3rd month.
Because I want the track solely for the event, not to be interupted by casual "karters" the price may chance, but I'll wait untill they work out a cost, which is in the process right now.
Judging by how long it took them to reply my last email, I'm guessing I'll have some dates and a cost some time in the next 4 ish days.
You will also see by the prices that I'm
Not making a cent off this, but because I think this is a fucking epic idea, some pricks will cotton onto it and make it about making cash. So if that happens down the track, boycot the pricks... Ive got a fair idea who might do such a thing.. But we will wait and see hay.
if you can get october, Im in, doesnt matter on price.
I think if we all help make the first one run smoothly, it can only get easier for the next ones
Exactly, if everyone can go that little bit further to help out, rather than leaving it up to joel, it will be an awesome event. Even if you dont want to get o the track dont e scared.to come.help out people. Helping out "behind the scenes" is just as fun.
Nothing like running around the pits like a chicken with its head cut off, cars, tyres and parts everywhere, the jingle of tools being thrown around, while you bust your guts tryong to get a car out before the next session, with the buzz, screech and pop of whos already on the track, its truley an intoxicating environment.
