1974 MX22 MARK II CORONA HARDTOP COUPE - Awaiting a full restoration
EC wet skid pan would be great with a limit of 15-20 cars...but at 32, i got 5 turns in 4 hours..not the best way to spend money for track time to be honest.. since i was new, i had to join the club to be a member and pay for cam license too, which just cost more, YES its a one off fee per year.. but still, even at $150 five goes in 4 hours is a total waste of money.. i honestly can say it is the same shit as drifting at your local roundabout in the rain, im not promoting hoonage, just sayin'
the figure 8 is the same deal, less car would make it better, but unfortunately clubs just book in as many people as possible to get cashed up regardless how much track time the drivers actually get, and that is sad..
dose
if this becomes a re-occurring event I'd be keen to travel down from Bris in future for some track time at this circuit once my car is drivable again, looks good with the incline. (that is if you would open your kind heart to qld'ers attending---
)

BENT MECHANIX - Garage 20:
I'll be a queenslander on day NIZ... Come for a drive
Tyler, if you happy paying that amount then that's great for you.
No one is winging here, im just trying to provide quality track time without the BS. sitting in a line up having 1 run every hour is average at the best.
Not really value for money. And not fun either.
Also, you have just as much fun at night camping as you do on track - gets a little loose at the comps :p
Get some nuts, and pay 180, and slide main track. Then you get plenty of track time. Driving sports do the best they can, yeah they turn a profit but it is lee's only source of income. The track hire isnt cheap, it is a world.class facility afterall. Then add all the extras, staff, security, having the foodshop open. Its not cheap to pull off.
Anyway, are we organising an event, or a book club meeting?
Im all for this event.
^^^^ Gunner i dno who you slept with to get on main track for 180?? dont take that the wrong way but last event was a base 250 with membership and cams. was a intense day and would pay that any day of the week.
Lol maybe i got it mixed up, but still who gives a fuck, kets get this run to raliegh goig.
