Personally i would roughly do something like this:
Rebuild,Aftermarket ecu (and loom if needed), Coil packs, Trumpets, Cams and Cam gears, Pistons, Rods, Crank, Flywheel, Clutch, Head (Porting, polishing, decking and what not) then some bottom end work

    I would do this

    sell pod filters
    sell extractors
    sell blacktop ecu

    buy turbo setup
    buy intake plenum
    buy proper ecu

Lightened flywheel / crank pullies are good bang for buck.

Spend a bit on the head, thinner head gasket to bump your compression up a little.

David to be honest, Its never really going to be that cheap getting 200hp out of a 4age

And Adan he would also want to get a thick head gasket if he wanted to go turbo, to bump the compression down so its less likely to detonate

what intake and ignition system do you have now? On the top of the list should be a new ecu and tune.

Also genuine parts don't cost much, I sell a full gasket and seal kit for $280

Yeah if you think a gasket kit is expensive then you don't want to know how much it will cost to get 200hp out of a 4age.
I would say bolt on a turbo would be the easiest way to get to 200hp maybe the cheapest depending on how long you expect the engine to last? But if you want N/A power it will be expensive and need machine/porting done.

If people are turboing / supercharging stock 2zzge's and the new toyota 86 , i'm sure the silvertop will be right to turbo providing the boost is kept moderately low.

The knock sensors today are pretty good in knocking back the timing and saving engines.
