    Default Wiring Job Cashie!!

Got my car quoted on Friday while I had a permit and the Auto Electrician said he didnt want to do it cause he didnt have the time and said it would cost a bit and Id be better of doing it myself or I try find someone to do a cashie who has the time so I thought id ask here. Looking at doing it in the near future so I thought Id try find someone to help me out. I can send photos via message on my phone if you want to look at it. Just a whole bunch of un neat wires that need neatening up. Any help is appreciated.

What loom do you have to start with? Do you need the fuel pump setup?

The car runs and everything just the wiring isnt upto a very good standard it was done dodgy at first to get it running and never had the spare cash to fix it. And the looms just a stock one not modified at all unless it was like that when I bought it.

You should be able to do it yourself, just cut and lengthen wires as needed. If you do 1 at a time you can't really go wrong. When soldering them, form an x and twist and make sure you have a decent wattage soldering iron so the solder grabs properly.

Post up some pics of what you dislike, you might find running some tape around it cleans it up allot more than you'd expect.

Most of it is taped up or has some average looking conduit stuff on it. Its just runs in spots that makes it look real un neat. It looks to be alot of plug in sort of stuff that needs to be moved around but Im not sure where to run it and how to hide it. Was going to try relocate the battery in the process to the boot as alot of the wires are in the general area of the car. Ill take some photos now and try chuck them up.

thats how the looms go...by the sounds of it you want someone to come round and "hide" all the wiring...thats a fairly big job

Yeah basically hide it all as it makes the car look un neat in the engine bay. Might try a little Myself but I don't really have the time to do it either. Auto elec said he could do a quick tidy up so I might Go in that direction for now just thought it was worth asking on here.
