Default please help best fitment for stock ae86 guards

Hey people about to purchase some rota grids for my ae86. I love the look of flush fitment but the car must suit its purpose. it has stock guards with the inners slightly rolled. im goin to be doing grip track and want offset that will just stay slightly in or flush with guards front and back. would a 15x8 0 offset be ok or is this slightly extreme. Will this clear lock to lock with no rubbing? Also Im running lowered king springs all round. Any feedback or pictures and recommended fitment sizes welcome. cheers jason.

15x8 +-0 will fit fine with rolled standard guards, however you will most likely need to figure out another way to mount the bumper where it meets the guard depending on what castor you run. What tyre size are you planning on using? Also king springs wont be much good if your tracking the car, far too soft.

I run a 15x7 with 0 offset, fills standard guards nice, I have cusco lower control arms which are longer, they don't rub anywhere so all good.

as james said, it will greatly depend on the size and type of tyre you want to run

15x8+0 195/50 will be about as much as you can get from stock guards, it will scrub onto things if your car is too low, the lower the more it will scrub from full lock to full lock

    15x7.5 - 5 would be perfect

For actual time attack purposes i would say you'd want zero stretch, 15x7's with a 195/50 would be good.

i am pretty interested in this as well, want to run stock guards for a while so want wheels that fill the guards nicely,

also previously i was running the stock 13" wheels for a while and the steering was quite light, went to 14's and the steering was alot heavier is this related to the diamater of the rim or possibly the tyre width?

The increased steering weight would be related to tyre width and possibly more weight from the larger wheels.
