Default Toyota factory weight spec for AE71 Corolla Pano?

    Car - AE71 Corolla Pano

    motor / part in question - ?

    problem - Toyota factory weight

Did a search, but only in tech, sifted though a couple of pages. didn't see anything like what i'm chasing, so here goes.

How do you find out what the manufacturer specification for weight was back in the day?
Like, factory designated weight for that vehicle

I want to know what the biggest engine size (CU IN) that is legally allowed in QLD.
The formula I was given for QLD is

4 cyl vehicle weighing under 1100kg for CU IN you multiply the original weight by .183 for naturally aspirated
and by .153 for forced induction.

Or ANY vehicle weighing more than 1100kg for CU IN you multiply the original weight by .294 for aspirated
    and by .244 for
    forced induction

So if the Pano weigh's more than 1100 I can go nutz out on engine size, but I kinda doubt it, however the idea is entertaining me.
Give you an ideal of what i'm on about
    CU IN - L
    1 CU IN = 0.0163871 L

    1101kg = 323.694 CU IN
    = 5.3L
    NA
    or 4.4L FI

    1UZ M122 set up legally...hell yeahs!

    So, hang on, says
Tare weight of vehicle without any oplions: 850kg,
    but lower says
    Average weight 1420kg
    - which looks to me like the sum of vehicle, motor, box and options....
So if I have A/C and a tow bar i'm rocking?
What is Tare weight? google where are you

not average weight, "Aggregate" weight, so its maximum weight fully loaded(you fill it with shit that the most the car is legally aloud to weight)

    Argh,OK, my bad....I can't read.
    850kg 2.54L NA or 2.13L FI
    or can I argue
    893kg (a/c and towbar) 2.67L NA or 2.23L FI
I have a towbar for it A/C wouldn't be that hard to work out...
Looks like 16V turbo stays where it is.
    Thanks for that man!

it goes off vehicles tare weight with fixed options, so you cant say it weighs 1420KG's because you filled it with sand

893kg is what you should be working off

However, if I was allowed to use the more than 1100kg formula on 850kg, 4.0L NA would be legal in QLD.
    Amendment! Amendment!

    AE71 Sandman?
    893kg, OK cheers man.
