I have since found that a V6 camry cable (from the model pictured below) is very good. It's actually almost TOO long, and you have to elongate the plastic mounting holes because they're too wide to suit an ae86. You will probably need a new mounting bracket on the intake manifold ( i did), but that's easy.
Apparently the SV21 (even boxier shaped) V6 camry's have a really long cable too - maybe even with the correct mounting holes? I can't confirm this though.
Cables must be from a V6 version. 4 cylinder ones are short.
