    Default 4AGE hi-comp pistons

    Lady's and gentlemen,

Been looking on the interwebz at various pistons available for na 4age. I've come across a fair amount of dished turbo/blower pistons but not a lot in the way of decent high crown na ones.
One result that I've come across are wiesco ones but honestly I've never used then before. Thoughts? As long as there a 20mm pin and maybe .5 - 1mm oversize.
Was hoping for more of a off the shelf but may be a custom job.

    Thoughts?

never had issues with my Wiseco's, person who built the engine never had troubles that im aware of either.

Plenty folks make hi comp na pistons Wiseco, Toda, JE, Tomie and Arias just to name a few.

Stick with the Wiseco is my suggestion.

look at celica/mr2 for 16v and 20v stuff im not sure on the part number sorry.

    Thanks for that man

Yeah I've spoken to je, mahle, cp and arias and they all yeah they'll have to be custom made. Which I don't mind but would be easier if they were off the shelf so to speak but it is what it is. May speak to wiesco and see what there worth

    Why custom made?

20mm pin is same as smallport and nothing unusual about that and .5/1.0mm over size either, its as common as bacteria to use oversize.

An excuse to charge more i guess or the fact its not standard.
